Holly Randall

Hello there, a little bit about me, I have a background in Rec therapy that has lead me to work from a strength-based approach that focuses on your natural resilience and potential. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, people-pleasing, and life’s inevitable transitions. I especially love supporting teens, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone feeling stuck in old stories about themselves.

In our work together, you’ll find a supportive, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I often use Narrative Therapy to help clients deconstruct limiting beliefs and reclaim authorship of their own lives. I also draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), with training in both EFT and Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2 for couples. I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, together, we’ll find the approach that fits best for you.

Whether you’re looking for support as an individual or a couple, my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered to create the changes you’re ready for.
Outside the therapy room, I love mountain biking, cooking, watching movies, spending time with my husband of eight years and our adventurous seven-year-old daughter. I love the red rocks of Southern Utah, I’d love to be part of your journey.
