Crystal Morey

As a St. George native, I am honored and excited to serve the community that helped shape who I am. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

When you’re struggling, it can feel like things will never get better or that you’ll always be stuck repeating the same patterns. The good news is that change is possible. There are evidence-based skills and strategies that people of all ages can learn to help them move through life’s challenges differently, improve their relationships, and experience greater peace and fulfillment.

I believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives. Rather than telling you what to do, I enjoy helping you discover your own strengths, insights, and solutions while gently identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll build practical tools that help you move toward the life you want to live.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, guided imagery, and somatic techniques to support healing and lasting change.

earned my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Counseling from Capella University and practice as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC).

While I take the work of therapy seriously, I don’t believe sessions have to feel cold or overly formal. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a genuine sense of humor to my work because healing often happens when people feel safe enough to be themselves. My hope is that therapy feels less like talking to a stranger in an office and more like having an honest conversation with a real person who is fully invested in helping you succeed. We’ll tackle difficult topics together, and when the moment is right, we’ll laugh along the way too.
