Charity Lynch
I’m Charity Lynch, MSW, CSW, and I’m passionate about helping people heal from deep trauma and navigate attachment challenges in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University, where my commitment to this work really took root.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply trauma-informed. I’m certified in Brainspotting and also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic processing, and sand tray therapy to help clients gently access and process their experiences. I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel truly seen, heard, and understood, and I strive to create that kind of environment in every session.
I’ve had the privilege of working with adults, adolescents, and families, including those navigating the complexities of adoption. I’m also deeply committed to providing affirming and inclusive care for members of the LGBTQ+ community. At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has the capacity for healing and growth, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they reconnect with themselves and move toward the life they want.
