Counseling
The assessment (first session) is $170.
All regular sessions are $150* per clinical hour, consisting of 50 minutes face-to-face therapy.
Payment is made at time of service for your portion of the fee. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards in credit card form.* We work with a variety of insurance plans to make care more accessible. Please note that not all of our providers are contracted with every insurance listed. When scheduling, we recommend confirming with our office which providers are in-network with your plan. We currently accept the following insurance plans:

Insurance Verification and Billing Process
We want to make navigating your insurance as smooth as possible. Here’s a quick overview of how we handle insurance verification and billing to keep things simple and stress-free for you!
Step 1: Insurance Verification
Before your appointment, we:
– Verify Your Coverage: We check with your insurance provider to confirm what services are covered and what your out-of-pocket costs might be.
– Clarify Your Benefits: We ensure you understand your benefits, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
Step 2: Billing Process
After your first appointment, we:
– Submit Claims: We send your insurance claim directly to your provider for payment.
– Handle Follow-Ups: If there are any issues with your claim, we take care of the necessary follow-ups to resolve them.
– Send Statements: Once your insurance has processed the claim, we’ll send you a statement if there’s any remaining balance.
